Delivery
Happy Bark Days will deliver any goods ordered to the delivery address supplied when submitting an order. The dispatch of goods constitutes our duty of fulfilling the contract. Availability permitting, orders will dispatched for delivery within the stated time frame. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us by email or company phone within 5 days. We will be happy to assist you and arrange a solution. We do advise you to check goods upon arrival. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries, or for any other reason. Returns
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Happy Bark Days. However, due to the nature of the goods, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted. The products sold by happy bark days are for consumption and use by dogs (not including product packaging or shipping packaging). Items sold by happy bark days are highly recommended to be used while in close supervision by human owner over pet usage.
